These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Paranoid software and related website.
Paranoid is a macOS network security software product intended for lawful network diagnostics, monitoring, auditing, and defensive security analysis. The software must be used only on systems and networks for which you have authorization.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Immaginet Srl grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Paranoid for internal, personal, or business use according to the purchased plan/license type.
You agree not to use Paranoid for illegal access, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, malware deployment, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity violating applicable law. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions before scanning or testing any target.
Purchases may be processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record for billing and tax handling where applicable. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s applicable checkout and buyer terms. Invoices, tax collection, and payment processing details may be managed through Paddle’s systems.
Paranoid is delivered digitally. Access is provided via download and/or license activation details after successful payment processing. Delivery timing may vary due to payment verification, anti-fraud controls, or temporary service interruptions.
Refund eligibility and procedure are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Where Paddle processes the transaction as Merchant of Record, refund execution may be managed via Paddle infrastructure.
Unless otherwise stated, purchased licenses include product updates as described on the website at the time of purchase. Support scope and response times may vary based on service load and release cycles.
All rights, title, and interest in the software, website content, trademarks, logos, and documentation remain exclusively with Immaginet Srl and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Immaginet Srl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption resulting from use of or inability to use the software.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Immaginet Srl from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the software, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Immaginet Srl may suspend or terminate access/licensing in case of fraud, abuse, legal violations, chargeback abuse, or material breaches of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts in Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the software after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
