Paranoid is a digital software product delivered electronically. No physical shipment is involved.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, by requesting immediate digital delivery and activation, consumers may acknowledge that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and may waive withdrawal rights once full performance has started, to the extent permitted by law.

Payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. In such cases, the financial refund execution may be performed via Paddle systems and timelines, while refund eligibility remains subject to this policy, applicable law, and anti-fraud checks.
